Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Revibe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and securely pack it in its original packaging along with all included accessories and cables.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
